The New Age Spa Institute

The New Age Spa Institute has been founded by Monika Machej, Cidesco Diplomate since February 1999, a licensed Esthetician since 1992, a licensed Nail Technician, a licensed Massage Therapist and a licensed Esthetics Instructor.

Monika, has a strong experience in the varied aspects of the esthetic industry, including student and curriculum management, salon management operations and customer care. Enjoys working in fast paced, people focused environments, and demand a high level of professionalism from herself and others around her.

As a licensed esthetician she provided services ensuring public safety and responsibilities required by law in order to obtain and sustain an Esthetics license performing specialized facial treatments, body treatments, speed waxing using European hard and soft wax, makeup applications, eye lash and eyebrow tinting.

As a young esthetician, massage therapist and nail technician she knew her calling was in education.

In 1997, Monika was recruited to teach advance skin care, body and makeup for Conservatory of Esthetics/Bioelements Learning Center in Des Plaines, Il. She knew that she wanted to always work with the best innovators and entrepreneurs in the skin care industry.

She got the best of all worlds because she got to work with so many pros including Robert Diemer –“Father of Esthetics “, Barbara Salomone, an architect of the modern American facial and many more. Monika was a speaker at trade shows and other industry conferences nationwide. She worked with many salon, spa owners and estheticians in a private and classroom setting and she looks forward to meeting and working with many more to come.

Monika started her school, “ The New Age Spa Institute” in June 2007, to focus on utilization of her extensive veteran esthetic and massage experience and to educate licensed and future Estheticians and Massage Therapist and to help skin care/makeup/massage professionals reach their highest level of success.

Monika was able to fulfill her dream and follow her calling to create Internationally accredited Esthetics and Massage School .

As a owner of The New Age Spa Institute she joined NAPW, ASCP because she is determined to reach her highest potential professionally and to help other women and men empower themselves.

Monika is Bilingual – fluent orally in the Polish and English language.
