Here, at The New Age Spa Institute high education as well as your satisfaction is very important to us.
Registration:
To register for a CE class please call us directly at (847) 759 0900. Classes are small and do fill up quickly. We do require a valid Credit Card to register you for a class to ensure your placement. We do not however, charge your credit card until the day of the class. Also, you will need to provide us with your Professional License number.
We do recommend that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your class starting time to continue with your registration process.
Cancellation Policy:
If you have registered for a class but cannot attend, you must notify The New Age Spa Institute seven (7) days prior to the start date of the class. Your entire deposit will be transferred to any other class held within next three (3) months. After three (3) months your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations with less then seven (7) days are non-transferrable and forfeited.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not attend a class that you have signed up for without notifying The New Age Spa Institute, we will charge your credit card 50% of the class price. Please note, that our classes are small and many times we do have others waiting on the “waiting-list”. If you cannot attend we would be more then happy to reschedule you to another class according to our Cancellation Policy.
